PA Dept. of Community & Economic Development:

The DCED administers the Education Improvement Tax Credit program.

Reach Foundation:

The Reach Foundation is a Pennsylvania non-profit organization that is instrumental in monitoring the Educational Improvement Tax Credit program.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA):

This is a very good resource for financial assitance for college. FAFSA forms are considered the first step in seeking federal and state funding.

Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA):

PHEAA provides scholarship information families, and administers the Partners for Access to Higher Education program (PATH) in which The Community Foundation participates and has the potential to provide matching funds for our college scholarships.
