The Montrose BPW has a college scholarship with The Community Foundation that provides assistance to students who will further their education in preparation for entering the business or health care professions, or to an adult seeking further education.

is located in Montrose. Judy established the Cecilia C. & and Glenn W. Ely Memorial Fund in memory of her parents. This fund provides annual grants to local charities as recommended by Judy and her family.

located in Tunkhannock, generously provides us with space for our monthly Wyoming County Advisory Council meetings.

Market Share Development:


in Scranton is a marketing and advertising firm that provides, gratis, the layout and design of our newsletters and brochures.

Milnes Companies:


Milnes Companies, headquartered in Tunkhannock, has provided generous support for our Pre-School Scholarship Program.

Montrose Publishing Company:


prints and distributes our newsletters at a substantially reduced rate.

Pennstar Bank:


has made generous contributions to our K-12 Scholarship Program.

Peoples National Bank:


Peoples National Bank and its officers have been very supportive of The Community Foundation since our inception, and has been the most substantial donor to our Pre-School and K-12 Scholarships. Additionally the bank is also supporting a project to renovate the Computer Lab at the Montrose Area Junior/Senior High School. The bank has also established its own Fund with us to benefit business leadership programs in Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties.

PNC Bank:


has made generous contributions to our Pre-School Scholarship Program.

Pump N Pantry Convenience Stores/Fleet Transport & Trading:


Pump N Pantry, and its sister corporation Fleet Transport & Trading, both headquartered in Montrose, have made generous contributions to our Pre-School Scholarship Program.

in Montrose hosts the permanent collection of the Rosemont Art Project, from which the sale of prints benefits a Community Foundation fund providing support to Susquehanna County charities and non-profit organizations.

Storeroom Solutions, with administrative offices in Montrose, has made a generous donation to our K-12 Scholarship Program.

is a newspaper based in Montrose that has been very helpful in publishing articles about the work we accomplish.

is a newspaper based in Susquehanna Depot that has been very helpful in publishing articles about the work we accomplish.

The Forest City News:


is a newspaper based in Forest City that has been very helpful in publishing articles about the work we accomplish.

The North-Eastern Pennsylvania Telephone Company:


The Tourje family of Forest City, who owns the telephone company, generously established a fund that provides annual grants for the operating expenses of Blue Ridge, Forest City, Mountain View, and Susquehanna Community School Districts. NEP Telephone Co. has also made a generous contribution to our K-12 Scholarship Program.

Van Cott's Nursery and Landscaping:


The Van Cott family established the Kermit Van Cott Horticulture Scholarship for Blue Ridge graduates. Kermit started the landscape business in 1938.

Waste Management has made generous donations to our K-12 Scholarship Program.
