Bill is a founding Director and the first Chairman of The Community Foundation. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. His farsighted leadership and knowledge of investment management has provided important guidance to the Foundation.

He grew up and attended school in Montrose where he still lives with his wife, Deborah, and their children Alexandra, Nichole, Mathew, and Christopher. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University and he is a Certified Financial Planner.
