Richard Lochen Jr.

Rick is a 1981 graduate of Lackawanna Trail High School and a 1985 graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. degree in Accounting.

Rick is a founding partner of the accounting firm Lochen & Chase and currently oversees the firm's Nicholson office. From 2006 to 2010 he was President of Peoples National Bank. Rick is a member of the American Institute of Cerified Public Accountants. In addition to the Community Foundation's board, he serves on the Boards of Directors of the PA Association of Community Bankers, The Wyoming County Industrial Development Foundation, and the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Nicholson Volunteer Fire Company and serves on their Board of Trustees.

Rick resides in Nicholson with his wife, Lisa, and their three sons, Ricky, Matthew, and Bradley.
