Dr. Arthur Sherwood

Dr. Sherwood,the Treasurer of the Board of Directors, is well known to many people in the area who have relied on his years of devoted medical practice. He was raised in Nicholson, where he attended the local schools. He is a graduate of Wyoming Seminary, and holds a Bachelor's degree from Williams College. He earned a Master's degree in Economics from Stanford University before studying medicine at the University of Rochester's School of Medicine.

After eighteen years of family medical practice, Art served seventeen years as a Senior Executive with Geisinger Health System. He is retired and lives in Tunkhannock with his wife, Jennifer. He has three adult sons, Steve, Douglas, and Robert.
